Atom Fitness was established in 1998.

We aim to be a leader in the fitness industry by providing responsible and professional fitness trainers with accredited certifications to conduct well-versed fitness training and dance classes.

Atom Fitness has over 150 fitness trainers working under our professional care. Through continual in-house education and training, we aim to share our passion for fitness by inspiring and motivating people to adopt healthy lifestyles.

We guarantee and give assurance that our participants will enjoy professional, safe, fun and healthy workouts.

Founder, Principal Trainer

William Ong has always had a passion for dance. Since 1990, while working as an engineer with Singapore Airlines, he choreographed for and performed with staff during company events such as carnival, Family Day, Dinner & Dance. These performances were always very much appreciated by all staff.

From1996 to 2000 he participated and won various dance competitions: 
Vogue by NTUC Club
Planet Dance
Singapore Broadcasting Corporation
He was also awarded the National Aerobics Championship in 2001

With recognition for his talents, he was invited to choreograph for events for: 
- The Cocoa Trees
- Temasek Polytechnic
- SATS
- various event companies

His choreography extends over various genre including hip hop, modern, jazz, contemporary, Latin

Professional Experience

William has over 25 years’ experience as a fitness instructor. 
He is currently a full-time fitness trainer in:

- HIIT
- Zumba
- yoga
- aqua aerobics
- FloatFit Balance
- FloatFit HIIT


He holds professional core certification from:
- Federation of International Sports
- Aerobics and Fitness (FISAF)
- Singapore Sports Council (SSC)
- Indian Yoga Institute

He is also MOE certified.

Over the span of his career, William has worked with people of all age groups, including students with special needs. With his wit and talent, he conducts all his classes with professionalism, fun and spontaneity. He choreographs all his dance routines, ensuring that every session is enjoyable for all.

Fitness Retreats

William has organised and conducted very successful fitness retreats over the past several years in neighbouring countries. People from different walks of life have come together to participate and bond over their love for exercise, building lasting friendships in the process. Many of the participants are repeat customers who look forward to the yearly retreats.
